GROUPE COURTIN is an unlisted independent group founded and owned by Christophe Courtin, who is Chairman and CEO.
The group specializes in commercial real estate, and owns a real estate development structure (COURTIN PROMOTION), a real estate company (COURTIN GESTION) as well as an operator of flexible workspaces (FLEX-O) and a SaaS platform dedicated to workspaces (SAASOFFICE).
It also has an evergreen investment fund (COURTIN INVESTMENT) with over a hundred holdings to date.
To undertake and invest in a sustainable way has always been my leitmotiv. Whether with COURTIN PROMOTION, FLEX-O or COURTIN INVESTMENT, the logic is always the same, to create value, to innovate with respect for our common property.

Christophe Courtin is an entrepreneur who founded his first start-up at 20 years old while studying; two years later, he created the “Best-Price” which he successfully sold in 2002.
The Santiane Group, which he founded and managed during 10 years, became the first online insurance broker, which earned him the "Entrepreneur of the Year" award in 2012 in the "Innovation" category.
Creation of Courtin Promotion, which became one of the leading tertiary real estate developers in the South of France and as well as the creation of Courtin Investment (more than 100 investments made).
Creation of Flex-O which offers premium, flexible, and sustainable workspaces in French regions.

Creation of SaaSOffice, a SaaS platform dedicated to workspaces, offering a multi-functional management tool with a modular approach specially designed for flexible workspaces, focused on optimizing return on investment.
Courtin Promotion has convinced prestigious international groups such as NXP, THALES, ALTEN, SII, ORSYS, FITNESS PARK, AXIS COMMUNICATIONS, ALLEGRO MICROSYSTEMS and BRP to locate their offices and staff in office buildings renovated or built by COURTIN PROMOTION.
Courtin Promotion won the SIMI 2023 Grand Prix in the category: new office building over 10,000 m² for its Centrium development.
