Aware of the importance of a company's ethics, its involvement in public life and its good reputation, as well as the well-being of its employees and its remuneration policy, this transformation makes it possible to reconcile the interests of associates with the pursuit of broader public interest objectives.
During the annual seminar, all Courtin Group employees took part in a collaborative workshop aimed at proposing to the Executive Committee various suggestions for a "raison d'être" to be adopted. This also included the corresponding social, environmental and statutory objectives, as well as the means to achieve them.
It was decided that the reasons for being would be :

In 2023, GROUPE COURTIN is positioned above its benchmark in terms of ESG performance, as certified by ETHIFINANCE, a European rating group that conducts an annual audit (since 2021).
